Well, I got a lot of little chores done today but I think I’m most proud of finishing my second batch of yeast bread. I used the directions and recipe from The Enchanted Broccoli Forest and I’m fairly pleased with the results. It’s probably not the most exciting bread ever made but it’s better than my first attempt. However, it should be noted that making it completely from scratch took A REALLY REALLY REALLY LONG TIME!!!!!
