Having lived in Charleston, SC, I know that water bugs (i.e. really big roaches) are not an indicator of uncleanliness but of the presence of lots of moisture. That said, EWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!!! I got back to my room after dinner and there were four of them kickin’ it in the kitchenette! I got rid of them, knowing all the time that where I see four, there are probably four thousand more. Combined with the various other ants & buggies, I can’t say I’ll be sad to get back to my all-but-spider free place. Ahhh, my little arachnid buddies, how I miss your dry and non-crawly presence.
